When does my course start and what are the times?
You will find details of your course dates and times in your confirmation email. If you have not received this email, please contact [email protected]
If you have access to any live online sessions the course dates and times will also be listed on the course page, you can access via the link and password in your confirmation email.
How will I get my questions answered?
For the property courses there will be a LIVE Q&A session which you will be invited too and you will then be able to ask any questions during this session.

What are the dates of the courses?
I am worried if i miss a session I will miss some of the course work and I can't always make the times. What should I do?
The live online sessions are recorded and available for you to watch 24-48 hours after they have first aired. The recordings will be on the same webpage as the live sessions, accessible via the link and password in your confirmation email.

What if I miss my Zoom meeting? Is it recorded and can I watch it another time?
This is an open Q&A session where anything can be asked without fear and so unfortunately we do not record these.
What is Kajabi?
Kajabi is the platform we keep all of our courses AFTER any live stream elements have broadcasted. We take the streams and professionally edit them for the best learning experience.
How does Kajabi work?

Was I in the first few buyers to qualify for the extra bonuses?
If you qualify for the extra bonuses the team will contact you (email, text, phone call). If you do not receive this extra communication then unfortunately you didn’t secure the extra bonuses on this occasion.

Can I cancel my course?
Any courses purchased online or over the phone, have a 14 day cooling off period. This only applies if you have not completed the course, or accessed any of the related bonus materials. If your request is outside of the 14 day cooling off period, or you purchased at an event with us, whilst we cannot refund your monies, we will endeavour to work with you on a number of solutions that could work for you. What if I don’t like the course or it isn’t for me, can I cancel the course?
This depends on how much of the course you have accessed and completed. We will always endeavour to ensure we can offer you an alternative option and move any pro-rata funds over to your new choice. Call 01733 898557 or email [email protected] to discuss your options.
