Toni loves public speaking and training and aims to educate as many people as possible within the arena of Public Speaking through hosting training events and through her podcast “Presenting, Pitching and Public Speaking.

Toni began her entrepreneurial career through property investment and raised millions of pounds in JV finance to purchase her multi-million-pound property portfolio she shares with her husband Chris.

Toni has successfully supported JV and business partners to also build multi-million-pound property businesses. Through property investment and her love of public speaking Toni retired from her HR job by the age of 33 and now spends her time training people through public speaking, increasing her property portfolio and spending time with her family.

In 2015 Toni took part in a public speaking world record and again in 2016 where she was privileged to follow her passion of speaking and in turn help to raise money for charity.

Toni is the youngest of 6 children and was raised to work hard and eventually after progressing through the corporate world, you would one day retire and that would be when life really began, so she went to university and took a corporate job.

Fast forward to 2015 and after a LOT of nagging from her husband, Toni finally gave in and attended a property training seminar that resulted in Toni and her husband Chris getting educated in property in an attempt to create passive income for Chris to leave a job he really didn’t enjoy.

Since that day in January 2015 Toni has created a multi-million-pound property portfolio which generates enough passive income for both her and her husband to be financially free and resulted in them leaving their jobs.

Moreover, Toni realised a HUGE passion for public speaking and has since created businesses generating six figures in speaking and training and is honoured to now train for both Progressive Property and Progressive Success.

Karissa Kouchis or “KK” is a national speaker, corporate trainer, host, and performance strategist. With a background in organizational influence, KK blends communication theory with human psychology to guide clients in advancing skills in leadership, negotiation, psychology of achievement, sales mastery and what KK calls overall badassery.

 She’s brought her high-energy training to over 1,000 events for companies like Fox Sports, Salesforce.com, The NFL, Zoom Video Communications, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Ace Hardware, Keller Williams, BeautyCounter, Equinox, New York Life, Marriott Hotels and Barre3 Fitness. 

Karissa is a Tony Robbins National Speaker. At 26 years old and hand selected by Tony, she is the youngest woman to hold this role in the history of the 42-year company and currently the only woman in the last decade. She advises and consults with fortune 500 companies, teams, groups and organizations on the areas of Peak Performance, leadership, organizational behaviour, psychology of achievement, and sales mastery.

Kay began her journey into ecommerce by attending Ecommerce Cashflow Masterclass with Progressive in 2016 having no prior experience in marketing or online selling. Following that, she went on to create her own brand of products. In her first month of trading she achieved over $30,000 in sales. Over time, her strategy for selling online evolved into managing sales for other brands too. She now works with more than 20 brands. The first brand that she partnered with was achieving £60k/year in sales when she took over the running of their Amazon seller account. Kay did what she does best and catapulted their products in the search results to sky-rocket their sales. Last year, that brand sold in excess of £2.5 million on Amazon alone. Kay is also involved in product creation for the brands that she works with and finds new niche product opportunities on Amazon. She has since trained hundreds of people in the ecommerce space in private label, arbitrage, drop-shipping, wholesaling and brand management. She is passionate about championing women in ecommerce.

Caroline Claydon built a multi-million-pound property business throughout the UK when she found herself with over a hundred thousand pounds’ worth of debt after her first business failed in the recession of 2008. She committed to learning creative strategies to invest in various asset classes and became financially secure a year after starting her professional property investment career (having spent 10 years investing in property all wrong!). She cleared her debt 6 months after that and as a trainer she has educated hundreds of thousands of people around the world, plan their financial future so they avoid the same financial hardship she had to endure.
